CRT Terminator is now available to order. Due to being a small establishment, we do not have a large inventory, so all orders are managed through a purchase queue. That way we can avoid collecting payment from anyone early if we are not able to ship immediately.
Included in the Box
Each purchase comes with the following items:
1. A CRT Terminator 8-bit ISA digital video card
2. A VGA Terminator dongle to make the VGA adapter think that a color CRT monitor is connected
3. An IBM VGA compatible Feature connector cable (edge connector <-> pin ribbon header connector) for old VGA cards, and also
4. A VESA VGA Feature connector cable (2x symmetric pin ribbon header connector) for newer SVGA cards
As an optional add-on purchase, extra long VESA VGA Feature Connector cables are available.
Terms and Conditions
CRT Terminator is now available as an evaluation board for PC vendors, system integrators, OEMs, mail order businesses, IBM technicians and other qualified engineers, researchers and product evaluators. Not for retail or for bulk sale.
We adhere to general EU shopping practices, so a no-questions-asked 14 day return window plus a two year warranty applies.
We note that the vintage PC hardware ecosystem is terrifyingly diverse, and by this time, very old. We cannot guarantee that CRT Terminator will be compatible with your particular PC, even if it meets the documented requirements on paper. Therefore we urge buyers to verify the purchase as soon as possible after receiving it, while the the 14 day return window still applies.
In case of a return, Oulainen Multimedia Group will cover shipping costs.
If you run into problems, we do want to hear from you. However, CRT Terminator is sold as-is, with no guarantee of safety, applicability, future product updates, patches, bugfixes or feature development after purchase.
Oulainen Multimedia Group assumes no liability of damage caused by CRT Terminator, be it due to improper installation, hardware failure, design failure or otherwise. CRT Terminator is provided currently as a demo board for evaluation by qualified PC technicians.

We ship using UPS Express Saver or UPS Standard, whichever is more economical.
